The Retzler Development Group acquires, develops, manages, and consults on historic properties throughout the world. Currently properties and projects are in twelve US states and in Australia & the United Kingdom.                                       

We are a limited liability company located and organized in the State of Nebraska near the geographic center of the United States. Some of our affiliate companies include Murders R Us®, 217 Productions, Inc., Grande Venues, Inc., Historic Ellendale Land Development, LLC, Theatres of Malone, LLC. We are not realtors and do not buy or sell unsolicited properties.

Featured is the New Regal Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.  In 2004, Grande Venues was selected as the prime developer for this $16,000,000 urban renewal project in the city’s south side involves the use of venture capital, historic tax credits, Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) and government funding.
