The Masonic Temple, Grand Island, Nebraska

Built in 1925, the Masonic Temple of Grand Island was run by the Masons until the Retzler Group acquired it in 2006.  Retzler is currently renovating it for public use.

Liberty/Paramount Theatre, Youngstown, Ohio

Grand Venues, Inc. and USA Parking have retained Architects Lowenstein and Durante with general contractor Marous Brothers to restore this theatre.

Zoe Theatre, Pittsfield, Illinois

Grande Venues, Inc. prepared an Arts Assessment survey based on criteria determined by meetings and based on the idea that the Zoe Theatre should be saved.

The Ross Ragland Theatre, Klamath Falls

The Esquire Theatre was saved by Frank Drew, John Tritch and others.  Warshauer advised Chairman Frank Drew on theatre programming and theatre operations
